7-17 in SCIV thats now Siegfried's SLOWEST move. its pratically useless now except for maybe a deception move because it goes right into base stance.

on the contrary i think he's better in three. Siegfried didnt gain any new moves (I THINK) but he was definetely faster and had more moves in three.
