Wolf's Head & Vixen Morris: 10th Anniversary Season: 2005

Excerpts from the 2005 Season.

Why the cod 'old film'? Partly to give it the feel of a cross between pre WW1 archive footage of folksy goings on and early horror/sci fi film, but MAINLY because the sepia tone made the footage more 'us';

We like to dress in all-black, (the only English Morris dancers to do so)and b+w photography seems to suit it better than colour. Its not actually easy to photograph us as we confuse the cameras (Like vampires we can't be seen in mirrors either...)

This is also a very first attempt at video editing on a computer so its a bit flakey, see if you can stop the delikable misbrake...

What next? Well we might re-edit this or maybe leave it and do similar compilations from our video archive, hey! Maybe we should do a proper story movie, 'WH&V's meets The Thing' perhaps?
