That particular junction is a nightmare, I've seen a cyclist very, very nearly knocked off as someone beckoned a car out of that road who then proceeded to pull out without checking for cyclists/motorcyclists in cycle lane or filtering. Also see these signal-less turns quite often too. All cyclists seem to use the cycle lane here though and not filter down the middle... so they must at least feel reasonably safe? Ever consider filtering between the two lanes here? Just curious.
