...do you "understand" = do you "stand under". - Means voluntarily submitting your 'person' into their jurisdiction and consenting to give them power over you (they stand over if you under-stand).
Never say that you "under-stand" a Judge (Administrator), a Police (Policy Enforcement) Officer an another agent of a corporate entity including a corporate government.

all religions suck, and humans are insane. Humans just cannot do any better.
