How to create Sony Vegas 8 Crazy Liquid text effect

By the way i didn't choose this music originaly but i had to change it due to copyright stuff, so i had to choose from youtubes library and there wasn't much to choose from it so this seemed to be the least bad.

@loleyeduntcare Color Correction and Contrasting are my favorite things to do (weird, i know), considering i do things with CoD (Big Surprise!). Effects like that are not in Windows Movie Maker, but I'm not doubting its a solid program.

You can do this on Microsoft Movie Maker!!! Show me something I can't do on M3 and something cool to Sony Vegas.

Im haveing trouble trying to find out how to mach the preview in sony vegas to the event fx editors key frame time line,

When im adding effects with keyframes the video previewer doent folo it so im editing blindly. If anyone can tell me how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

My "insert video track" is disabled. I use Vegas HD ver 9. How do I enable insert video tracks and does Vegas Pro have no limit of tracks you can insert? Please help me.
