OCWEN is the worst lender in the country. When is our so called government leaders going to protect the people from these scum bags at OCWEN. Anybody that has an OCWEN loan and having problems with them should file a class action.

I applied for a HAMP through my service provider Ocwen and was turned down. They are now telling me because I applied they have the right to force me into an escrow situation and have increased my payment $261 a month and tell me I will have a balloon payment at the end of my mortgage.
I only owe $145,000 on the home and when my loan matures in 2033 , they told me I will have a balloon payment due of $102,000!!!
After extensive internet research...think I'll lawyer up. Ocwen = FRAUD!

Ocwen is a predatory lender - it held onto an insurance dispersement check for over three months forcing me into the foreclosure loop; last year it forced flood insurance for 3000. annually (State Farm says 800. should be the max for my house...even tho an elevation survey proves not needing this, etc)

I am a landlord and carry several loans and it is very common today for us to have our loans sold to other banks/service co. We found out two months ago that two of our loans were sold to OCWEN. Not only am I an investor/landlord that knows how things go and how to deal with them, but I am also a Missouri Real Estate Broker and let me tell you... I have never in my life had to deal with a more selfish and radical company than Ocwen. This has to be exposed people. It's like being on mars.

Ocwen is preditorially attempting to force us into foreclosure. Attempting to blame it on a escrow shortage . Their "evaluators " without telling us decided our escrow account was short , not just a little . Even though we owe no back taxes they are saying (and each tint we talk it is a different story 7k,9k 3600 etc. They raised our monthly payment without us signing anything, then charged us late fees for not paying their add on escrow that doesn't add up. They took our monthly payment in Jun
