Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my GF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

just a few quick questions...do you not have to work your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques separately? and if you do, don't you have to do at least 2 different exercises for each section? also, on slightly a different note, how many sets of how many reps should we do for each of the exercises that you've shown here?

@GetSixPackAbsFree i wont thumb that up because i dont have any ha. play rugby and gaelic football all my life no matter how much u eat i can't put on weight. lucky me :)

@cpinto23 , not to hijack but it is because you need to attack/stress the abs from various degrees just as the chest. If you only attack the chest from one angle then you will have an underdeveloped chest or over developed in one area and lacking in the others.
