For me, there's nothing wrong about the style she sang. She can choose the style she likes. But to show my opinion on the argument whether she was out of key, ummm...I'd rather say that "she obviously conveyed some flat notes" that made it sounds like being out of key. I love her a lot ESP when she dances. Her VDO makes my work out time a lot more fun!! Keep on performing!!

She has a good voice. I didn't care for it though. Her style is country, so I think if she would have sang it a bit more country and a little less diva it would have been great. Jessica Simpson did the same thing @ Indy.  Still way better than Steven Tyler did it at the Indy 500 several years ago. He was the worst I had ever heard when it came to the national anthem.

To all of you who thought this wasn't out of key... Um yes it was. Not all of it, but there were plenty of sketchy notes and complete misses. Do I love her? Yes, but I'm just being honest.

To people who think this is out of key, there is a difference between being out of key and stylizing a song. You can dislike the way she sang this song, but you definitely can't say this was out of key.
