A nice 3 lb. Roast Beef has just been put into the Vermont Bun Baker oven.

Ok get that roast beef of the pan and onto a rack put pan under rack so drippings fall into pan. This is so the dry heat can serculate under meat. Then when done sprinkle four water salt/pepper into pan. Perfect gravy! Please try it!
