Stars has stated in interviews that they don't want to get big. They love playing for small crowds in a small, intimate type atmosphere. I agree with you, but I don't think we need to worry about them "getting popular". To them, it's all about the music. That rare to find these days.
Favorite band, forever.

this clip would be much more suited for the song 'in our bedroom after the war'.

The instrument at the start is an oboe. How do I know? I play an oboe everyday. Hahaha. Though I'm not sure about this sounding like Debussy. Keep in mind there are only so many notes and chords to choose from. Yes there are endless possibilities but in the end every song you listen to will have something similar.

My new favorite Stars song. And I love love love this video. Is it from something?

@KelseaJulieShow You don't have a lot of faith in them if you think that they'd ever become less true to themselves.

are you sure you want them to be more famous? that's gonna make them mainstream and it'll most likely change the nature of their music that we're so in love with

@KelseaJulieShow Being famous does not make music mainstream! Mainstream music makes music mainstream. To keep shut about good music is not only simple minded, but offensive. Think about how much work they put into producing such brilliant songs. 180,000 views on this song and in the comment section they see that their fans don't want to spread their music? 50 thumbs up? I know u mean well, but there's a reason good music is underacknowleged. Trust the artists that work hard for their fans...
