Just a little video i made in Afghanistan. Most of those with us shooting or being attacked, was up in COP Lybert. It's in the Nuristan province about 2,000 meters from the Pakistan border. Well enjoy and let me know what you think. -Spc Farias

@xxfabz0169xx i know... i'm just saying the whole time at lybert we didn't have to fire a single round... SFC Monti from 3/71 earned his Medal of Honor in that area so I know how bad it gets up there.

@amram24 If you weren't there with us at Lybert at the time WE (3IBCT 1ID) were there, you can't say it wasn't bad. You didn't experience the same thing we did. Just sayin...

Lybert wasn't that bad... Keating sucked donkey balls but at 1:47 that was my home for a few months there 961st ENG

I am Mother of SSG Patrick Lee Lybert. Thank you for your service and for having this video up. I was grateful to see the pics ,,, saddened re: the attack, loss of PVT Murdock and the eventual take over of the abandoned Camp Lybert by the Taliban/Insurgents. Thank you for this gift.

I agree, it does look funny. But, I'm pretty sure they are issued a rifle and keep that one, and take it with them everywhere> I dont actually know though. I would just imagine its that way.

Sometimes i wish i could have done certain things differently. Life happens and i guess you just gotta put it to the past, remember people for the great times, and move forward. How you been SSG E? Hope all is well. Knox is a SHITHOLE, but it's whatever. 6 more months and im OUT!! =] -Farias
