I would like to know if the l - stance obverse middle punches should be angled as done here, because in ITF the punches should be parralel to the front leg foot (which is turned in 15 degrees).

@22noranora jesus i wrote tha ages ago :L no you see in my town there is a TTA and ITF and our club is much better. and traditional is ment to be better but dont get me wrong im not always right haha

@MrLyneJonas i dont think so. i did wtf and now itf and i dont think there one that are greater than other. is all depend on the one who pratice.

ITF isnt i dont great think .. traditional taekwondo is much better..e.g wtf and tta .. i do it with tta..traditional taekwondo association ! and it seems much better! going for my black belt in october :O

Sorry for dubble posting , yes it should be a midsection side kick but its good to get it that high all the same ^_^

Its meant to be highsection truning kicks but you can do midsection , I would say it would depend on what your in Instuctor has told you ^_^ , as I would believe my ITF Instuctor would accept high / midsection truning kick on this pattern
