#9- Held it under both the WWE & WCW banner, and held it under two different characters as well.
#8- The 1st cruiserweight champion.(it was originally called the light heavyweight championship.) Inovater of the high flying style in american wrestling.
#7- The best wrestler to ever hold the cruiserweight championship.
#6- Never given the credit he deserves. Great talent never used to potential in WWE.
#5- Man of 1004 Holds...#1 Armdrag, #2 Armbar.....#753 Armbar.
#4- Longest reigning champion. Why isn't he #1, lack of major competition.
#3- Remember his feud with Hulk Hogan in 2000, and when he was suppose to be the future of wrestling?

#1- Most reigns of all time. Whether WCW or WWE, Mask or No Mask, the greatest cruiserweight in mainstream wrestling history.

Pretty good list. While I would move some people further up or further down the list (No offense to Spike Dudley, I'm a huge mark for the guy, but the fact that he's above Paul London is a travesty!), all in all I agree with it. All of these men deserve to be on anyone's top 15 cruiserweight video!
