The All Blacks

The All Blacks have won the Rugby World Cup 2011, through their fast paced gaming, tactical mentality, superb form and great all-around players. New Zealand won all their pool-stage games, continued to the knock out stage, with a huge game against their rival Australia and went on to the final against France. France played a strong competitive final that put the All Blacks to the test, with the All Blacks winning by just one point through a penalty scored by Stephen Donald (Who was not part of the original selection). Earlier on in the match Tony Woodcock slipped in a try just after a line out, bringing the NZ score to 8 points.

French Captain Thierry Dusautoir was the man of the match and later on received the IRB Player Of The Year award. Dusautoir scored the try for France in the 47th minute, which was successfully converted by Trinh-Duc - bringing the score to 7-8, leaving the last 30 minutes an open game to both sides who fought hard and well to achieve the small marginal result.

Yeah I can't agree more - Donald played exceptionally, I thought because piri was subbed that it was a bad move, but after finding out it was due to his groin injury (and therefore his poor kicking in the last two games), it was a smart move. Nonu's try that was set up by Dagg was defiantly one of the best rushes - such quick thinking required, theres no time to plan, it relies on pure raw talent and for the team to work together. Team chemistry in the AB's is amazing
