Insanity video is out now. Go to my website http://www.markdacoron.com to order. Here is some of my attempt at the new insanity video that came with the One on One Tony Horton videos. This is a tough workout and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Maybe those that have tried p90x and the p90x+ programs. Most of the people in the videos are way more fit than myself when I tried this. I can't believe how many of the people quit towards the end. This thing is crazy!!

  • Good job:) I finished my first round last month on the first day of school. And I just started Round 2 yesterday again. :D

  • @fxcklabels oh cool. was it easy?

  • why wouldn't you recommend it to anyone? just curious...i was looking into this or the p90x to prepare for enlisting in the military

  • this is not a beginner workout. i dont think it is suited for those that are started a workout program.

  • ok so i really need to know what that band around your torso is. I've seen it on the guys in the insanity videos and i have no idea what they're for. Can someone tell me what they're call, purpose, and if necessary where to get them?

  • it is a heart rate monitor.

  • @joshjuc21 gain muscles + lose belly = p90x!!!

  • i think this is the perfect workout for beginners , it pushes you to be better and not quit. if you have to take a break then you take a break. you can always move , there is no excuse not to keep moving. You will get better each time you do the workout.

  • The only thing I dislike about insanity, it some workouts leave you lop sided (like how you changed it up with alternative jumps) I did the same.

  • @dac086 I would totally agree 100%. This workout is NOT for the faint of heart or for the beginners out there. It is DEF not for people that are severely overweight. I'd say those with no more than 30% body fat should even ATTEMPT this workout. I dropped 35lbs over 6 months doing normal cardio, lifting, jumping rope, and boxing. My weight loss has stopped, so I started insanity, and it's helping me drop the extra stubborn weight. Awesome workout, but dangerous if you're a total beginner.

  • @ping9798

  • That warm up is a killa!
