I didn't know rip tides were tsunami's

Don't tear my head off, but just saying, it looks just like a storm surge. A tsunami is a large rush of water, beginning with an earthquake causing the water to first rush away from beaches and coastal area. All this shows was water rushing back.

To all the " EXPERTS" out there saying "this is just storm surge" or " Pretty typical really", GET REAL! IT WAS A TSUNAMI SURGE FROM CHILE! I SAW IT MYSELF, UNLESS THE TIDE CHANGING 20 TIMES IN A DAY IS, " NORMAL" WHERE YOU COME FROM...

U got balls to stand on that dock~
This was the Chilean Tsunami hitting San Diego. Docks were ripped off, boats floated away and this is not at all a normal occurance. I live and work on the bay and this was bad. We had just gotten in from a sailboat race on the bay and this started to happen. Every 10 minutes the tide would switch directions and get stronger and stronger. It ended up sucking almost all of the water out of America's Cup Harbor at one point.
