This video is the first part of a video on how to create your own game. The first part is an open question to game companies about creating a small game based on your idea and how realistic it is for any company to make it a 3d version. Maybe people that doesn't have professional skills but rather a good game idea can join a bigger game project to make it a success.

  • Heh, I do understand almost everything you say, but when I turned on the Closed Captions I noticed I misheard a couple of words! Wow, [CC] actually almost working. It's a miracle! xD

    Greetz from Finland, neighbor! :)

  • @Samoutuomas

    Paljon kiitoksia

  • You need to be born with programing skills? :O

  • @MrDevling

Not at all. It is100% drag, drop and click for those that don't know programming.

  • @MrDevling lol. I don't think he thought that one through...

  • @theantiantichrist

About be born with programing skills I was refering to the state of the art 3d games. The closest think I have come to creating 3d with as less programming as possible is the UDK kit. You can actually do really cool things with it.

Thanks for the comment. I have been thinking of a market of 3d objects. I mean all time it takes to create all 3d for a game there should be a need to instead buy this from the public? What places are there to buy 2d gaming art GamingKeep?

  • @MrDevling Let's be specific. There's still an amount of skill required. If you understand advanced math concepts, like algebra at least, and know how programming languages work, you have "basic programming skills". However, you may still hit a wall because most programming courses make you memorize a whole bunch of commands and crap without really showing you WHY it has to work that way. If that's your situation, then Construct is for you.

  • Absolutely brilliant opening! I'm hyped to go through this tutorial series. :D

  • @nattsurfaren I know, but one part he mentioned being born with programming skills, or I miss heard him.
