Note tha the Sattilite data being gathered to test and verify the IPCC prediction shows that the Co2 concentration varies with Season andf tempature only...such as as low as 266ppm at the poles during the winter and ashigh as 390ppm at the equator during Summer
While their are no flow of Co2 from humancities to Ocean,falsifiying the IPCC humans mae CO2 andit flows to sea prediction..co2 levels do increase over forest hibernations,earthquakes,&volcano eruptions

In November 2008 Canada lauched the CanX-2 Co2 monitoring platform to test 50,000 locations against the IPCC computer simulation that Predicts CO2 being created at human cities then flowing into the oceans
In January 2009 Japan launched Ibuki with a similar mission
In July 2009 the next generation weather satilites started launching able to see changes minute in tempature vs gas composition to test if CO2 % effects tempoature
Co2 is a even 266ppm to 390ppm,no consentration from cities

@foxyd3 Cut the emissions to what? 30Gt/yr (~4X present)? 40Gt/yr(~5X present)? NONE of this represents an actual REDUCTION in emissions, just a reduction in an exponential growth. Even 30 or 40 Gt could only be achieved with very painful austerity measures. In an "extreme austerity" scenario, China's emissions will grow to 19GT by 2050, about 2.5X the world's total emission level now. CO2 emissions reduction schemes are nothing more than a fool's errand.
