I don't really understand a lot of the questions you're asking. What about the "finals" point? I don't really get it. I do agree that it would be productive to get a 24 hour library but I also think that recalling a student representative who allegedly attacked a member of the student body is pretty productive actually.

To be scared of our own senators is quite a shame.

And if there is some video proving the attacker's innocence, then I think it would be appropriate if it was publicized.
