The problem I see in "Hate Speech" policing is that it opens up a pandora's box of potential false witnessing against thy neighbor, if u will. Mr. Levant had already pointed out the "No Brainer" Free speech no no's and the not so light penalties that are involved. The notion by Liberals whether they are in canada or anyplace else, is that what is said by someone automatically creates a following that could lead into a social demise or threatens the safety and/or existence of the target of hate

If you're an American, take no comfort in the fact that the man at 5:25, who thinks that people like him can determine what speech is free and what speech is hateful and should be punished by the government, is Canadian. His view is shared by a dismaying percentage of Americans, from members of the highest courts and legislative bodies all the way down to your neighbors, co-workers, and friends. Don't think the First Amendment will protect you once those people gain sufficient power.
