...Ahh, Richard Cordray. Disrespecting and skirting our constitution, yet again, with a "recess appointment." If we allow this man to continue, we're going to be in BIG TROUBLE. Why are they applauding maddeningly if he's clearly violating our sacred documents and overstepping his role, as president? I just don't get it. I don't care of Cordray is Ghandi, he did it unconstitutionally... AGAIN.

great move...portray the republican congress as obstructionists, which they are.
the republican congress was shitting on the spirit of the law. it was created so the president had to appoint a candidate who congress approved of, not so congress could refuse ANY candidate until the agency was dissolved. congress overstepped its authority, and obama acted accordingly.
just wish he would've showed some balls throughout his presidency rather than just here
