hes not on brawl because it is a kid friendly game, and Travis is from an M rated game. As much as it would be awesome, nintendo would lose money.

Yeah, I know, I know, but but you've never seen them, throw toned down versions of characters into some of these games? Not just this fighter, but other's, I've seen some M-rated characters in some E-T rated fighting games all toned down but still in their glory. Also the reason they can't pull him out is because they'd have to go through Ubisoft first, and if you haven't seen RayMan, you won't be seeing Travis, it's nintendo only and don't say snake is owned by sony, he was nintendos first.

The name desperate struggle is supposedly named after a japanese Yakuza movie
