  • @BabaKrywy - Yeah... it's always someone elses fault when you do something stupid. Anyone who's losing their house only need look in the mirror to see whos stupid decisions got them there. Seriously.

  • @BabaKrywy:

um, that was mortage lenders. We, as realtors, don't know what your DTI ratios are and what you can really afford. The mortgage lenders are the ones who have access to this knowledge and granted the high risk loans.

Crooks, my ass. None of you people know the amount of work that goes into marketing your home and negotiating offers, and then once it goes to title, the followup work we have to do regarding inspections, keeping on top of the lenders, and the title company.

  • All the industry in any profession is made up of workers, wash outs. Not everyone is cut out to work in certain industries due to skill set and fire in their belly. Or not.

  • lol...love it.. i can't stand the realty industry. I live in Vancouver, and people typically pay $500k for 500 sq. ft. condo with no view.

The RE industry is terribly corrupt. It's only a shade different from the mafia. NAR is a parasite to this country. I cannot wait for the day to come that they get broken apart for violating the Sherman Antitrust Act. The cartel promotes stupidity amongst its cockroack minions. They deserve to perish.

  • @jizzmonger I thought the same thing. I am also high on spice

  • The economy problem in Real Estate is due to people buying homes that couldn't afford, with credit they didn't have. Stop blaming other people. I work hard for my money and IM NOT A CROOK!

  • We need to point out to those ridiculous, uninformed "Customers" they are not day to day Realtors educated about the market, working diligently on their behalf or we lose our license and livelyhood. We have more miles on our car than an over the road trucker. Spend more time weeding out propaganda to be sure you aren't wasting your time. We will take the stupid phone call at night, family events, vacations, because there is little chance you have any loyalty if we don't jump.

  • @stinkypoon When have i ever heard a realtor NOT say "now's a good time to buy"? Um, when it's NOT a good time to buy. How many of my clients have I said that to have been foreclosed on? NONE. There ya go. I pride myself on my honesty, whether it's in business or in my personal life. Why on earth would I lie to a client? My job is to do what's in their best interests. If I don't make any money, so be it. I'm not hurting that bad.

  • @BabaKrywy Yeah those damn Realtors.... taking people out at gun-point to buy things they cannot afford. LOL

  • @BabaKrywy

I assume that you also save money by pulling your own teeth.
