America and Australia "best friends"

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that Australia and the US are enjoying a strong relationship. Clinton is visiting Australia as part of a tour of several South East Asian and will attend meetings with Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard and Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd. US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates is also in Australia for high level talks on Australia's role in Afghanistan.

@Dimitri0809 That's a very ignorant comment, Australia is no pushover!. We have some the best trained soldiers in the world and the Marines come here for Jungle training. Not many countrys would have the capacity to invade Australia and America would never invade us anyway. Open up a history book mate and you will find America needs us as much as we need them. Australia and Canada are Americas most important allies, without us America would be very venerable to many countrys.

Australia is not as great as america though, australia wouldn't be able to defend it's self without america's support australia sucks up to americans..
