  • wow, you made that harder than it needed to be, that is not how you use double fold binding!

  • Thank you for this, its not as hard as I thought it would be!

  • yeah the best tutorial yet i understand very well andf iam french ^^

  • give me the procedure in written form

  • Love the way she made this seem so simple

  • thank you sooooo much i think you made a great job which will be very helpful for many of us

  • lol

  • May I make a recommendation? The starting end where you turn under the 1/2 inch? Don't sew the edge down for about and inch and a half. That way, when you get around the last side you can insert the cut end inside it and stitch it down all in one swell foop. Makes a much nicer finish/join on what was once called 'French Binding.' This works especially well on quilts, particularly when you machine sew the binding to the top side and hand sew the edge on the back side.

  • You did a great job with this video! I've already made a queen-size quilt top, and I'm having a lot of trouble getting my binding right. You helped me a GREAT deal. Thanks so much!
