The R35 is pretty sick but it will never compare to the legend that was the R34. RB26DETT > VR38DETT. I6 > V6. That's just simple engineering. I would love the new one if they developed a new RB and threw in a 6-SPD manual option. If they want high displacement imagine what something like a 4.0 liter RB would be capable of. Its sheer awesomeness would rip up spacetime around it.

@SonicProvocateur If I had the money, I would take the R35. But that's just me. The R33-34's are beautiful and I would take them over almost any other car.

@AlphaSkyline32 also we have to buy it overseas, strip it, ship the parts, label it as a "kit" car, and build it again.... very expensive...that is why they are rare...

So about the same, and they arn't as rare here as they are in USA

@shadowspain101 there is no such thing in an R35. They are all dual clutch gearboxes.

I've heard the R35 isn't much of a driver's car compared to the 32-34's. Too much computer control determining how the car is reacting to your input. Not very connected to the road. Just a rich play toy.
I'd still rather have a R32 and take the extra 50 grand and turn it into a 1000+ hp monster.

@SonicProvocateur I've driven R32, R33, R34, R35. They are all fun cars. The R35 is faster unless you spend a ton of money on the earlier models. I still love the RB at 8K+ but there is no replacement for displacement.
