Well lets give Fran the credit where it was obvious. He pulled off 2 GREAT wins over HIGH RANKED UT back-to-back, and an emotionally good win against TECH in 04'...So although he made alot of mistakes, nobody is perfect. I'm glad A&M chose Sherman, because he understands A&M tradition and values.

I'm glad he at least loved his players at A&M. When he left Alabama, where he had told his players to never give up on the team, he left in the middle of the night without talking to them. Ever. The whole time he was there he was shopping around.

ps- why would he give a flying fist-f*ck about a&m? that was the ags problem with hiring him... you need an inside man for the job that understands the tradition, lore, mystique, passion, and alumni - just like ND.

he's a douche... hasnt anyone read the story where he was applying for the kansas job (while he was also applying for a&m), during his first season at bama, KU made an offer but he told them he wanted to wait because he wanted to see if he would get an offer for the notre dame job. KU resinded the offer and hired mangino the next day. he has never and will never give a shit about his players.

I thought that was Nick Saban. He obviously doesn't have time for this shit.
