I have severely flat feet, and I come back to this video over and over to help with the rest of my practice (not to mention my daily life)! This routine is super hard, but I find that if I do it regularly my foot, ankle, and knee pain lessens a lot. Thanks Sadie!!!!!

Hi Sadie! Sooooo good you posted this video! My feet arches are kind of flat, mainly the one connecting the toes' mounts, and since I was told that, I also discovered how it has affected lower back alignment, bowel function and many, MANY things else. So, this video goes straight to my favs. Thanks a lot! ;)

o my goodness i thank you! Ive had so many ankle injuries in Jr high school High school and College that ive had to quit basketball. I have so much tension that's its not even funny theres always a psychological fear their now. The routine you show in 6:30 made me yell out Sh*t! :D. It hurt so bad but i persisted and it hurts less . I thank you a lot. If theres any extra advice you can give me i would be greatly appreciated . Thank you in Advance.

omigosh Sadie what a workout. I feel like my ankles were burning off calories. I have never experienced such a burn in my ankles. I honestly didn't think it was possible. I have been following you since late August and have found that I have lost 15 pounds with your motivation.
I'd like to thank you for that. I think I mostly did the yoga for breathing exercises because I've been awfully stressed with school and work, but have found that it has helped me tone up a bit. You're amazing!

i feel great but wow first time doing yoga it hurt i was cussing saying dam you but i did it all ow i feel like running and never walking again thanks i will keep watching this

sadie. thanks alot for this video. this put power in my legs again. gave me great walking speed . it also improved my running game in basketball , gave me some sturdiness in my drive towards the hoop. i use to have pain in my knee always just by walking , especially driving manually in 2 hrs of traffic everyday when i go to work . thanks alot i owe u my game ! my new outlook on life .

Hi. I'm not a yogi or an expert, but I've been doing it for 3 years now. I also run, hike, do weights, a bunch of things and I thought my legs always looked to bulky even though they were toned. Just doing yoga, all kinds of yoga, has made them leaner. Plus, I started ballet workouts too for variety.

You are such an amazing yogi! I was wondering if you could try to make a workout for people with fibromyalgia? I know that when I do sun salutations it helps, but when I flare I have trouble getting my muscles to relax, specifically in my back. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated :)
