Not abnormal! Lighter, less dense, clouds don't hang for long over warm and highly reflective waters

i think what they are trying to say is that all the clouds are over the land and not a single one over the water

There is all kind of cloud formation.. (including 12 new ones) Depends on altitude, pressure, winds, humedity, but this is very normal.. Nothing to worry about here..
