    Yeah it really bugs/scares me. Right up to the eighties you had music being made with real "substance" (by that I mean interesting chords / arrangement / time signatures / individual players) ..but then the 90's hit and I think the double punch of "grunge" and the rise of "the loop" really ate away at that. Are you going to walk into a hotel in twenty years and hear the lounge band playing Kanye, Nickleback, and Katie Perry? Or will they still be playing Stevie Wonder, the Police, and Whitney?
