Aloo Phujia is a traditional Indian spicy potato dish.

You Need:1 onion, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 pound potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, 2 tomatoes
Recipe: 1) Chop Onion and Tomato and keep separate. 2) Wash, peel, and cube potatoes. 3) Slightly brown onions in vegetable oil then add the seasoning and potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. 4) Add the tomatoes and cover for an additional 10 minutes. 5) Serve It!
