You Need:1 onion, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 pound potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, 2 tomatoes
Recipe: 1) Chop Onion and Tomato and keep separate. 2) Wash, peel, and cube potatoes. 3) Slightly brown onions in vegetable oil then add the seasoning and potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. 4) Add the tomatoes and cover for an additional 10 minutes. 5) Serve It!
I eat mine with rice too. LOL so good ~

OMG...I TRIED THIS AND IT WAS SO YUMMYYYLICIOUS...:D... UNBELIEVABLY GOOD..I DIDNT KNOW PEOPLE OUTSIDE INDIA COULD MAKE SUCH A TRADITIONAL DISH...IT GOES WELL WITH ROTI/PURI..PLEASE POST MORE INDIAN RECIPES..:)
