halwa is persian.. gajar is also persian name!but we say ghajar :'') we have alot of halwa.. but our halwa is difference! anyway tnx

Mmmm....Cardamom is one of my favorite flavors! I had a version of this with farina, saffron, and nuts. Its just a delightful end to a nice spicy meal!
