Well think of Kermit as such: prior to the late 60s where stuff like "Hey Cinderella"and the start of "Sesame Street" mellowed him into a true leading everyfrog (well, he became a frog, at this point he's still "an abstract green thing"), Kermit was just sort of a character who fit whatever Jim needed him to at the time. So he had his naive moments like in the 50s...and he had his weird hip "drugged out" moments at this point since he could get away with anything before settling his character.

have to say the original was better, but this is pretty cool too

Is it just me, or is there something so futuristic and advanced about this on a subtle level?
