Obama is fine with the coal industry, he just wants it cleaner, it will not bankrupt it, ONLY if they are NEW plants, and ONLY if they don't meet certain standards....what you guys don't understand, is the way to make the country "cleaner" is to tax the hell out of the "dirt" so that the "cleanest" energy sources are rewarded the most, and thus do better and the dirty ones become cleaner because they are forced 2. All hes saying is that if they DECIDED to be incredably dirty, they would fail!!!!
