  • Epic Set!..I thought you might have taken a layoff since you hadn't put any vids up for a while. You've obviously been training hard!. That trap bar deadlift is certainly a fullbody workout!. What does your training frequency look like?. Do you use abbreviated routines?.

  • @MindNbody27

I broke a rib a few months ago and had to take it easy for a while, plus I'm spending a lot of time and energy on my garden this time of year. I train each muscle ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS or so--and yes, fairly low volume.

  • Beastly. What muscles does this hit hardest? Opposed to a traditional squat or deadlift I mean

  • @cohaye12

It hits quads/hips, traps, grip, and heart.

Ouch!..Ribs are painful. Didn't break a rib training did you?.

I train each bodypart approx every 9-12 days on a 3 way split, while training about every 3-4 days. It's amazing what is possible when we think outside the box of "conventional wisdom".
