  • Yikes! 85 IAS across the threshold - good thing you have 3000' of runway to burn. Take a look at the pilot's operating manual: recommended approach speed is 60. 70 IAS makes for a nice stable glide too, but 85 is way fast.

  • very nice looking runway

  • Fun plane to fly, I have about 10 hours in this airplane, just enough to scare myself. My aero club used to charge $50 an hour 10 years ago, now it's $109, too expensive for leisurely flying. That's now a $200 hamburger.

  • One of my favorite airplanes to fly is the Citabria/Decathlon. I have around 150 hours in the 7ECA and the 8KCAB; both are very fun and inexpensive airplanes to fly. After nearly 30 years as a Private Pilot, I got my first taste of upright spins in the 7ECA...it was addicting as this little machine is very docile. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the Citabria anymore and I miss flying it very much.

  • I have about 10 hours in one of these...lots of un to fly.

  • what wonderful plane,..maybe sme day i will fly it again..

  • Nicely done

  • Nice landing, right on centerline.

  • Nice hold off, good landing. Can't wait to get back in a Citabria again.
