AFI - Covering Head Like A Hole (Nine Inch Nails)

Since I posted this video, I have received many comments about this band being "gay", "fags" or "emo fags". I welcome intelligent opinions from all sides. But unless you can provide evidence that any of these guys are gay, I don't want to hear it. My videos are here for stimulating discussion about music, not mean spirited gay bashing and witch hunts.
Before you get your underwear in a bunch over AFI covering a song by the legendary NIN, consider this; it is a COVER. Artists cover songs that inspire their own music. The artist who wrote the song will almost always be better at performing it than someone else. So be open minded. AFI is a talented band with many amazing songs of their own. So truthfully, if you really think NIN is so sacred that no one can cover anything by them you don't need to waste your time watching this.
Head Like A Hole was recorded by Nine Inch Nails originally in 1989.
This cover version was released as a bonus track on a special edition of 2006's Decemberunderground. The video was made with clips from the KROQ Almost X-Mas concert '06. Video was downloaded from afi-brasil.blogspot.com.

horrible cover from a horrible band. yes yes the band is literally gay but the point is, some people like horrible music! I know i think they should all die alone nameless too but, i guess we just have to live with them... and beat them up for fun.

If it's so horrible why are you watching it? And I have said it so many times before that I'm really growing sick of it, but here goes.....prove that they are gay. I don't care if you hate them, but to accuse and convict with no evidence is just further proof that ignorance and intolerance is a disease, a contagious one.

Personally I'm not a very big fan of AFI. Not a fan at all actually. I am however a very hardcore fan of NIN and I will say that this cover isn't bad. I think AFI did pretty well with this cover. 4/5 on my list. Thanks for the upload!

@whodaskank Talk about a horrible cover! Such a disgrace from one of the most pathetic bands, that i have ever heard of, covering one of the most strongest bands in the world, NIN. What the fuck? lol This isn't right! Someone told me that they copvered it so i decided to search it up.

A horrible approx of what they (AFI) will never be. I'm watching this video just to generate an opinion about it. It was obvious since the beginning that AFI could bever be close to get a nice cover from an excellent song.
