http://www.free-awareness.com - Relaxing all focus equals relaxing into no-thingness. Meaning: When we relax all focus, we also relax our mode of thinking that objectifies everything into a 'some thing.' This causes a lot of suffering because we then believe that we are actually experiencing things. Relaxation reveals the inseparability of experience.

  • Dumbasses...

  • nice way of putting it clear bentinho! Have you heard of the Headlessway by Douglas Harding. He is speaking about a no-head, no-face and by looking at this no-head above these shoulder it brings you in total relaxation...similar to your way. great job keep on!

  • Very clear and beautifully conveyed : )

  • Another beautifully clear and direct sharing by Bentinho about how when we surrender focusing for a moment on all objects, be they "out in the world" or "inside us" (thoughts & emotions) and we just relax into our core "objectless-featureless" nature, we feel the peace and love that is beyond the mind. Enjoy! -Michael Jeffreys♥

  • Hi, love your videos :) I'm a bi guy and endeavor to expand my meditation practice. I practice the techniques from Osho's book : The Book of Secrets. I'm very curious on your view or opinion on Osho, if you have one. If you would leave a comment or even make a video about it ! that would be great. Thanks
