yo i like that rear bumber.. what did you do to it?. bodykit? or just tint tail lights?

hi - tail lights are covered with heat molded acrylic lenses, center piece is acrylic covered, laser cut alum LED lit. I still have some alum panels here.

@YPUK0PALMY timing belt and balance belt, dont bother buying one without it changed, dont move until its changed unless the owner has a recipt from a month ago. dont buy a pos, pretty much all of them are rust free because they came galvanized from the factory. 88 is a good later year for the 944, get into the engine bay, get into everything, look everywhere, drive it, listen. You will feel if its a good buy or not

Im looking at a '88 model, so far it looks in pretty good condition no rust or apparent engine problems, but i think if i ask about specific problem areas something might come up. What are the common problems that arise in the 944's that i should look for?

@superspazz61 It's a Porsche.. yes it is expensive to run and maintain... but that is why it is referred to as an ENTHUSIASTS car.

@Cory00yeah only the 944 s2 has the body of the turbo, the s had the old/normal front valence.

@superspazz61 Well, they are Porsches so repairs aren't super cheap but they are pretty reasonable as far as that goes. I get about 30 mpg from mine. Thats a none turbo.

i nearly picked up one of these for $5000 in good condition with low kms. they are nice

I never did like the bumper pads on them. I always liked the turbo front end much more than the 944 model.
