I wouldn't go so far as to call her a dummy for this. For one, she immediately recognized her sister when she was told to look at the model holding the case. She just wasn't paying attention to the models and looking directly at the cases, like what Howie was telling her to do. In terms of perception, you can easily say she's lacking, but this alone isn't enough to call her stupid.

Geez. Look at all these idiotic comments. "She's American, so she's stupid" and "She's a pretty girl, so she's stupid".
Look at how far they are standing from the models. Plus, they are not focusing on any of the models faces, they are focused on the cases and the game itself. Plus, it looks as though her sister is done up, which is probably not how they are used to seeing her. Most people would make this mistake.
