Alternate between chest and abs exercises

Workout #1 -- RAPID FIRE ABS AND CHEST WORKOUT - 5:40
10 exercise each -- 10 reps per exercise with no rest in between for a total of a 100 reps per set -- Rest for 90 seconds after your set and repeat for 3 -5 total sets

  • @WHutch9120 Hey Hutch, Definitely not. You body and muscles beed time to recovery, rest, recoup and grow. All this happens during the time your boyd is at rest. Performing this workout everyday will lead to over-training and actually cause negative effects are your results and body in general. You could probably do this workout once or twice per week, but check out the link to the program in the YouTube info section and it lays out the entire program for you - Funk

  • I really like your vids, im gonna start it monday..love workin out and challenging my self but nutrition is a weekness of mine? wondering if you had any nutritional tips such as snacks when ive had a meal but am still a bit hungry. im 6ft 190.. how many g's of Pro/fat/carbs would u recommend. i lift 4x's week advice is highly appreciated- thank you
