ok this didnt help me at all, im trying to access mine, when i plug it in, it installs the software, and doesnt show up in my computer yet it does show in my device manager as a disc drive/USB port depending how i plug it in, any way to manually bring this stuff up? i find nothing through the properties, and i just wanna completely wipe this drive

thanks for the video. I wanna use an external hard drive to play my music. Can you play music or is it to slow to play music from an external hard drive (usb1.0)
