I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 30 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY OF THESE NOTICES THAT YOU ARE SHOWING ON THE VIDEO. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN INDEPENDENT. THERE ARE THOSE THAT HAVE MADE VALUES. THERE AREN'T ANY INFLATED PRICES. THE APPRAISER IS ONLY A DATA COLLECTOR. THE APPRAISAL REFLECTS VALUES OF THE TIME PERIOD.

Being honest has paid off, a bank I do work for wiped out 75% of their appraisers. I was told that if they even suspected you of being unethical you were blacklisted. I made the cut, thank GOD.

When the FED accomplished their "coup" in 1913 it was the beginning of a financial "mafia" that has become more and more powerful.....the latest housing bubble is just a symptom of the financial parasite sucking down our tax dollars to bail out their buddies like Bear Stearns.
In capitalism, a business fails if it doesn't make it.....but if the business is a big bank....FED to the rescue using OUR money.

And now the HVCC? So much for unbiased appraising, and reasonable fees. The consumer is going to feel this one if something isnt done, and done soon.
