  • @MultiSr16 No a license is not permission to something illegal. License is a way of regulating things that potentially pose danger to society. Cars are not illegal, you need a license to be allowed to drive one though. Guns - same thing.

Explosives are not illegal in general they are only strictly regulated for safety reasons.

  • @Buuub08 but a license is permission to do something illegal..? if its legal, then what gives., i say away with tax stamps and all federal regulation

  • @killfrog You dont even need a cone. You can make a well shaped indentation and it will still penetrate. Thats in fact how shaped charges started - they had no liner just an empty space. Later on steel was used, then copper and nowadays the military is shifting towards alloys composed of stuff like molybdenum and even DU and tungsten and shapes also vary quite a lot, cone is the most common though.

  • @MultiSr16 Pretty much everything is legal, IF you have a license.

  • @kvareran Ya you don't realize how loud high explosives are until you witness it in person. I detonated only 15 grams of pure nitroglycerin (gee how i thought flash powder was loud) no that 15 grams absolutely rocked us and i was very surprised how loud and powerful it was, I cant imagine how loud this one was!!

  • is dynorex legal ??never heard of it

  • @plupkination agreed !!

  • WTF? 2 euros for a kilogram of explosives? Man,I gotta get myself some of those:-)
