@luis234235 actually you dont know that kid. Foster parents lived with him for 11 years. So if they are sure he went back to his real family, he most probablly did and if he did, there is really no point in reporting him. Noone knew that kid better then his foster parents. So the chances are they are more correct about what happened with kid then you are!
