its bassically a practice to make him see the ball better and focus on the middle of it cuz middle of ball = line shot

he has tennis balls marked with red and black dots.. at 100 MPH.. he can identify if the balls have dots.. the color of the dots.. (i may have the colors messed up here).. and pull the black ones then go opposite field with the red ones
