Also, about speed reloads, do you guys do them often during actual games? Do you have any trouble finding your mags? Thanks.

Yes, that's the danger of the speed reload, losing your mags. Usually, we are able to police up our mags after an engagement, but at a big op, I usually end up losing a mag or too. Lost a mag this weekend and Op Red Storm in fact.
