  • Wow! That's an impressive coop, especially as a first coop! We had a very primitive barn, more like a leanto with walls and used an old dresser for our hens. lol

  • My husband doesn't do anything simply -- even when I want him to. LOL

  • Yeah they do. But our lawn is far from pristine. It's what my mother always used to call a "country lawn". But you do have to fence any place that you don't want free-range chickens into. Mine like to make dust baths everywhere except where the grass ALREADY doesn't grow. (What fun would that be for them?)  My husband is convinced they are evil on purpose. ha ha

  • that is the coolest chicken coupe ive ever seen....id get chickens if i had one of those!...i dont have chickens now because they dig up the yard when they are loose....
