OH God Im getting OLD.... I remember watching Ari and the rest as an opening band at the Que back in the day..... Iowa Fucking City YYYEEEEAAAAHHHH. Not gonna lie Iowa City in the mid 2000s was like a 90s Seattle.... Bad Fathers, Easteighteen, Destrophy, Hairline Fracture, Euforquestra, plus whatever bands passed through.... It was definitely a great time in my life.

Lemme tell you about awesomely effective advertising. I bought a CD of like Otep or somebody, and there was this extra CD in with it which had five songs from different Victory Metal bands. Not one of them sucked - one was forgettable, two were flawed but cool, and two were flat-out awesome, of which Destrophy's Reconnect was probably my preference by a very slim margin. This is how you win a good customer. I'll be looking for these guys in my store.
