I made this mod to my savage 25 with an K&N air filter looks alittle funny but will work very good i also put a 2 side sticky to hold it when i go jumping so it woint fall off and the black stuff is silicon to seal it to the L pipe

  • I would stick some foam into the K&N filter, since K&N was produced for 1:1 cars, and they simply just mini'd it, adding foam will give more protection.

  • paper air filter... not a good idea. :P

  • epic fail your engine is covered by the air filter = no cold air for engine

  • cool i did that mod but if u go to e bay they have the tube going to the front shock tower it allows more air flow

  • when you change the air intake,it can change noise too...when the intake is thinner it sounds different than when it is wider.

  • No, that's the exhaust. Changing the exhausts change the tone. Getting something like a ribbed pipe or a Resonator pipe, those are loud
